DSLR Cameras
So i’ve been hanging out with the year threes at Unitec lately and i’ve noticed that a few of them some nice cameras.
Of course, I want one now too!
I think it’d be a nice idea actually to have my own stills camera around. That way I have a half decent camera if I see a nice scene or just something pretty and want to take a photo. Those point and shoot cameras are pretty crappy...

Unitec 2: Unitec Harder. Well, there’s a Die Hard reference out of the way. Or awkwardly placed, whatever.

Nearly done for the year!
Well, Studio One is over. A long, exhausting process to say the least. Editing on it was alright, but I really started to dislike editing and I’m glad I chose Camera as my major next year.
The screening was wonderful even if the debrief was a bit long.
Saw the Y3 Grad screening monday night, since I helped out as crew on a few shoots. They were amazing.

Studio One Day 6: 'Pet Peeves'
My next studio shoot was ‘Pet Peeves’, set in a pet store about two coworkers who have a cute meeting up and then it turns out the guy is a stalker or something. I didn’t really like the ending twist.
Written by Jamie-Leigh Grant and directed by Ruby Railey, and I was the 2nd AC, meaning i was the guy that did the slate (clapper board) and said “scene 1 take 3” etc....
